As one of the largest insurance providers operating in the UK, RSA required a brand new workspace solution for 190 staff.
The project had a tight 10 week time scale from initial brief to completion to ensure that all of the staff had a place to work at the beginning of their employment. RSA had an extensive requirement for collaborate working areas to be included in the design due to the nature of their business. These collaborative working areas needed to be versatile in design and ensure that the long term goals of the business could be met.
As part of the project Nineteen 25 handled all aspects, including, office survey and production of AutoCAD plans, Office Design, Visuals, Procurement, project management, Cat B fitout drawings, specification and coordination.
The extensive 5 stage design process ensured that every aspect of RSA Horsham’s requirements were met and incorporated the RSA branding and imagery throughout the design scheme.
The project was completed in 9 weeks, including surveys, drawings, visuals, product selection and client testing. The early completion allowed RSA Horsham to move into the work space before the agreed deadline and familiarise themselves with the new office space.
The entire project is fully compliant to all current building regulations and best practice.
